Verified Buyer | Los Angeles, CaliforniaBecause of my overall experience there and the fact the store was dirty. There, was dirty water ALL OVER the floor on the store and not one of the female employees were friendly at all!
I walked in & was at the counter a good 3mins, everyone looked at me but no one acknowledged me. I was the only African person inside this night at 5pm.
(The floor was filthy inside where they worked full of dirty water with food particles all in it!)
Then, one of the females who saw me while she and two other employees were playing around in the back area, to the right rear of the store, came to the front & asked a "Hispanic lady" who had BEEN IN THE STORE before I came, if she needed help. At, which point I was PISSED because "I SHOULD'VE BEEN THE PERSON SHE APPROACHED & ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP!" Then, when I told her about herself she said she wasn't clocked in whenever she saw me at the counter. And, it wasn't "her fault" if I had a problem with it! STUPIDEST FORM OF RESPONSE you could EVER GET from an employee who has just IGNORED YOU when they saw u at the front counter!
She, was wearing a jacket with some kind of white lettering all over it so I don't know her name.
But, it took everything in me to keep from calling her a *** as that is EXACTLY what she presented herself like!! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY YOSHINOYA EVER AGAIN!!! THAT, I CAN PROMISE YOU!!
There, is ZERO ROOM in ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE ENVIRONMENT I'm 2023!! Had, I need thinking I would've done a LIVE ON FACEBOOK & BLASTED HER *** I DIDN'T APPRECIATE HER RACIST DISPOSITION AND SHE SHOULD BE FIRED AS FAR AS I'm concerned!!
I also forgot to mention it was 5pm when I walked in and they were business customer wise in drive through and inside the store.
But,were busy doing absolutely nothing but goofing off inside the store where customers could see them.
SMH #PERIOD

Went to my local yoshinoya restaurant in Covina California.
For convenience I used to stop by this location frequently,my last experience was the worst.
As always drove up to the drive thru ordered the usual XL plate.
Service was extremely fast.
Drove up to the window picked up my order.
When I arrived to my job and was ready to eat my food, I opened the food container and to my surprise,the order that I got looked like it was a cancelled order from a previous customer.
My first thing that it came to mind was that of a corporate mentality of profit over losses to them the customer doesnt really Matter.
I complained to the corporate office but their response was very lame.
Well from there on I will not patronize Yoshinoya for a long while.
Hopefully one day when their numbers decrease then they will have to make some changes.

BAs I was using the app I forgot to ask the sales person to scan my rewards. I was asking where is the barcode or ID receipt Stephanie gave me an attitude and informed me Im supposed to scan my rewards before ordering which I acknowledge I forgot to do since I was busy using the app to place my order.
Then when I received my order I asked for extra utensils since I ordered 3 combos she said theres already 3 forks when theres only 2 so I just left and go home. Upon reaching home I found out one of my order is missing (egg rolls) so I went back to the store and informed her but she insisted its there so I told her would I drive back here if the egg roll is in my bag.
She wants me to go back home and bring the bag fortunately the cook jumped in and said told me she would give me another one. I usually would just let it go but because of Stephanies attitude its a matter of principle for me to get my egg rolls
